How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
To change plans: (1) Purchase a new plan and you'll receive a new license key via email. (2) Enter the new license key in the add-on's subscription dialog. (3) Cancel your previous subscription from your Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal to avoid double charges (search "lemon squeezy" in your email inbox).
What happens if I run out of credits?
When you run out of credits, you can upgrade to a higher plan or wait until the next billing cycle when your credits reset. You can always monitor your current usage in the subscription dialog within the add-on.
How does billing work?
All plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. After purchase, you'll receive your license key via email. Enter this key in the MailNinja add-on to activate your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel: (1) Open your Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal (search "lemon squeezy" in your email inbox). (2) Cancel your subscription there. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Do unused credits roll over?
