Welcome to MailNinja​

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing and using MailNinja, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Service.

2. Description of Service​

MailNinja is a Google Sheets Add-on designed to help salespeople find customer leads, enrich leads data, craft emails using AI, and send emails directly from Google Sheets. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities​

As a user of MailNinja, you agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam and data protection laws
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Not send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam
  • Not distribute malware or other harmful code

4. Modifications to Service​

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

5. Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to MailNinja at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Intellectual Property​

All content and materials available on MailNinja, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of MailNinja or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability​

In no event shall MailNinja, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

8. Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of MailNinja after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Google API Services​

MailNinja complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access your Google user data, such as Google Sheets data and your basic Google account information (email), solely for providing the core functionalities of the Service. We do not share this data with third parties except as required to fulfill the features of the Service.

12. Use of Google User Data​

MailNinja accesses and uses your Google user data to perform the following functions:

  • Google Sheets Data: We access the content within your Google Sheets to process, modify, and provide output as specified by you through our Service
  • Google OAuth User Information: We use your Google account information for authentication and authorization purposes to ensure that only you can access your data

13. Information Sharing and Disclosure​

MailNinja does not sell your Google user data. The data is accessed solely for providing core features and is not used for any other purpose. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy to ensure the privacy and security of your information.

14. Data Security​

We implement strong security measures to protect the data we access, including using HTTPS for encrypted communication. While we strive to ensure the security of your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

15. Data Retention and Deletion​

MailNinja retains your data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service. You may revoke access to your Google user data at any time through your Google Account settings. Once revoked, we no longer have access to your data.

16. Subscription and Refund Policy​

MailNinja operates on a subscription model. By subscribing to MailNinja, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the billing cycle you select (monthly, annually, etc.)
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any price changes will be communicated to you in advance
